Delivery Information
We aim to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. If for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within 24 hours, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of canceling the order. Please add a contact number to your order so that we can get in touch with you quickly to avoid any delays
Courier Information
We use Royal Mail, DHL and DPD shipping Couriers. The shipping method for your order depends on what item you order. Standard Service used is Royal Mail, and at Checkout you will have the option for Express Shipping Provided By DHL or DPD - dependant on size and weight of item(s) purchased to insure it gets to you safely.
If your order is dispatched via DHL or DPD, a tracking number will be provided so you can keep track of your order every step of the way.
