Christopher Appleblossom is the baker getting up early each morning to bake fresh bread for the inhabitants of Sylvania. The dough mixer for his bread is driven by the water mill, this saves Christopher a lot of work! Using old family recipes and the finest ingredients, not only does Christopher produce wonderful tasty bread he also fills the Bakery with delicious fresh baked smells!

Set contains bakery building with water mill wheel and turning mixing bowl feature, lots of baking equipment and ingredients and lots of breads, pastries and sandwiches for sale. The shop area also has display space and accessories like a till and bags to carry the produce home.

There's a reception and waiting area, consulting room and bed with screens.

The hospital is fully equipped with a huge variety of medical accessories including plaster casts for feet and arms, stethoscope, clipboards, magazines, bottles of medicine and a ramp for wheelchair access for the building.

A stay at the Sylvanian Grand Hotel is an experience all Sylvanians will love.

The perfect setting for celebrations, receptions and ideal for visiting friends and family.

The hotel is a three storey building with stained glass windows and a beautiful chandelier. It can be opened to reveal 9 rooms with a roof terrace above the main section of the building.

Guests can dine in the luxury dining room, dance the night away in the ballroom and relax in one of the beautiful rooms.There's a balcony off the ballroom over the entrance porch.

Includes a working chandelier light (battery already fitted), further chandeliers can be purchased to fit other rooms.

Also includes hotel reception desk with bell, room keys & pigeon holes, suitcase trolley; 4 topiary bushes and window boxes. Includes chef & waitress figures

Welcome to Old Oak Hollow Treehouse - a beautiful family home set in a charming hollow tree. Set by the side of a lake with a water slide, this great new home features multiple levels of indoor rooms and outdoor living space. Old Oak Hollow has lots of charming details to discover including a fun slide, bridges and walkways, a weather vane, nesting box and welcome mat to name just a few. Also includes 2 free rabbit grandparent characters, Mack & Mabel Periwinkle.

Can be used with standard furniture sets, or alternatively you can choose from a selection of furniture sets that have been designed especially for use with Old Oak Hollow Treehouse.

The new Family Saloon Car has been designed to accommodate a family of two adults, two children and even two babies who have their own removable car seats!

Also includes a removable picnic hamper which is stored on the back of the car.

All the babies in Sylvania love the Primrose Baby Windmill, a beautiful baby playhouse with a pretty windmill top. Includes kitchen and bedroom furniture/accessories, scaled to the Sylvanian babies.

Turn the sails on the windmill and watch inside as the mobile spins in the bedroom. There's a hot air balloon lift to raise and lower, along with a long winding slide and a climbing frame.

The Primrose Baby Windmill can be linked to the Primrose Hill Play Park (4972) and the hot air balloon can sail through the air between the two.

Father, Septimus Persis, is a master craftsman making the most beautiful, colourful rugs that Sylvania has ever seen!

Mother, Salome Persis, is an artist and draws her inspiration from nature, she creates a lot of the intricate designs, sitting and painting for hours!

Brother, Nolly Persis' idea of the 'purrfect' day is to play in the garden, his favourite pastime is to climb up all the different trees but always seems to get stuck up the biggest tree!

Sister, Sadie Persis likes nothing better than to curl up with a good book, reading in the sunniest part of the house!
